  • Personal Use: You may use the files to create unlimited physical projects for yourself or as gifts.
  • Commercial Use (Physical Products): You may use the files to create physical end products to sell (e.g., shirts, mugs, tote bags, finished crochet items) up to a limit of 500 units per design.
  • Modifications: You may resize, recolor, crop, or modify the design to fit your physical project needs.

❌ PROHIBITED USES (What You Cannot Do)

  • No Digital Resale: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, gifting, or redistributing the digital file itself in any format. (e.g., You cannot sell our SVG file on Etsy, or upload our PDF pattern to a file-sharing site).
  • No Print-on-Demand (POD): You may not upload our designs to 3rd party Print-on-Demand marketplaces (such as Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Zazzle, or Printful) unless you have purchased a separate Enterprise License from us. You must be the creator of the physical product.
  • No Digitizing: You may not convert our images into embroidery files or other digital formats for the purpose of resale.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
