1. Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, absolutely. We take high-quality photos to ensure the product you see represents exactly what you will receive. However, please note that slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings or lighting conditions.
2. Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive a copy of your receipt via email immediately after your order is placed. If you created an account with us, you can also view your full order history and receipts by logging into your account dashboard.
3. How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team or visit our “Returns & Exchanges” page. Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and within our return window (typically 30 days). We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
4. Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We try our best to keep popular items in stock, but sometimes they sell out faster than expected. If an item is out of stock, look for the “Notify Me” button on the product page to get an email alert as soon as it’s available again.
5. Where can I ship my order?
We currently ship internationally to most countries. You can enter your specific address at checkout to confirm shipping availability and view rates for your location.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
