Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Goods (Digital Products)

BundleArtSVG (“The Vendor”) specializes exclusively in the sale of intangible, digital goods (including but not limited to SVG files, Crochet Patterns, eBooks, Coloring Pages, and other downloadable content).

By completing a purchase, the Customer (“The Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees that:

• The goods are delivered immediately via digital download.
• No physical product will be shipped or delivered.
• The Buyer acquires a license to use the file, not ownership of the original intellectual property.

2. General Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the download link has been generated or the file has been sent to the Customer, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

The Vendor does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
• Incompatibility issues where the Buyer’s software or hardware does not support the standard file formats provided (e.g., SVG, PDF, PNG, DXF). It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase.
• Misinterpretation of product nature (e.g., expecting a physical item instead of a digital pattern).
• Skill level discrepancies (e.g., finding a pattern “too difficult”).

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Notwithstanding Clause 2, a refund may be granted at the sole discretion of the Vendor under the following limited circumstances (“Defective Digital Goods”):

• Technical Failure: The file provided is technically corrupt, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted, and the Vendor is unable to rectify the issue within three (3) business days of notification.
• Duplicate Charge: The Buyer was charged multiple times for the exact same transaction due to a payment processor error.
• Material Misrepresentation: The product content differs substantially and undeniably from the product description or preview images.

4. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you typically have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts within 14 days.

5. Unauthorized Disputes and Chargebacks

The Vendor actively monitors for fraudulent chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated for a valid digital purchase, the Vendor reserves the right to:

• Permanently ban the Buyer’s account and IP address.
• Revoke all licenses to the downloaded files immediately. Continued use of the files after a chargeback constitutes copyright infringement.
• Submit this policy and the Buyer’s access logs (IP address, timestamp of download) as evidence to the payment processor/bank to contest the dispute.
